Elementary prepositions
There are two short video presentations concerning some elementary
but important prepositions of place and direction.
This first one covers:
in | inside |
on | under | above | outside | into | out of | off | between
The second one covers:
aboard | across
| ahead of | behind | beside | over | middle of (OK,
not a preposition, really) | in
front of | through
This is a troublesome area because these prepositions are
sometimes restricted to place or movement and some can apply to
both. They rarely translate that way.
These video presentations may help people understand some of
them.
You can play them full screen by clicking on the control.
