The levels used
on this index are those of the Common European Framework of
reference for languages (as above).
See
the guide on Wikipedia for more details of the abilities at each
level.
There are materials on this site in
the learners' area which can
be incorporated into your teaching. Materials in that area at
levels C1 and C2 are also suitable for teachers of English (whether
their first language is English or not).
There are some
notes on how to
integrate the materials (whether or not you have classroom
access to the internet).
